Enjoy this 1876 Victorian home right in the downtown of Golden. Walk to all Golden has to offer. Just blocks from restaurants, breweries, a Riverwalk, and several hiking trails. 10 min from Red Rocks, ride the light rail to Denver, just an hour from ski resorts and a half hour from casinos. This rental is in a great location with a great price! To keep this affordable price it is a no frills location, it is however very clean, comfortable and convenient.

This private space close to downtown Golden has a large bedroom & spacious bath with alcove space for dining and cooking (micro-wave, small fridge, cooktop). The second bed is a single fold out couch in the main bedroom. Great views of the foothills. CSM 1 block, downtown Golden 5 blocks. We are a covid vaccinated household, and hope that you are too. Thanks for considering future guests, cleaning person and my family.

Beautiful Golden Hideaway

Newly finished basement with private entrance. Back deck and garden with huge trees and a stream. Five minutes into the mountains, five minutes to Light Rail to downtown Denver (20 minutes) and to the A train to DIA (or reverse!) I love welcoming guests from everywhere! It's ski country and this year, the snow conditions are the best! March, our snowiest month, is the time to book!
