Jahrhunderts erbaut und 2023 saniert sowie modernisiert. Es bietet eine einzigartige und perfekte Mischung aus Stadtleben und Ruhe. Das Herzstück einer der größten Städte Albaniens befindet sich gerade einmal 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Durch die ruhige Lage in der Stichstraße fühlt es sich fast an wie Urlaub auf dem Land.

The house is a very comfortable villa, with a very nice yard. With all the conditions of a modern and contemporary villa. It is located 100 m from the great cathedral. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby with a distance of 50 m. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the old part of the city. It offers parking for cars as well as bicycles for rent to make a tourist trip in the city or to the lake. Facilities include Wifi, TV and air conditioning.

Newly renovated apartment in newly built Central Palazzo, located on the 9th floor with elevator. Very close to the pedestrian area and the bus station. Safe and always illuminated area, served by numerous shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is 35 m², the double bed overlooks the balcony overlooking the northern mountains, the living area with sofa bed and Smart TV, a compact but equipped kitchenette and a personal bathroom.
